It is being sold as we upgraded our system. Phone has a clear display as well as all keys labeled and accounted for. The screen may have a little bit of haze or some small scratches on it - nothing that impeded function. I did notice that when I used the contrast option that there was a darker area in the middle that showed up more pronounced. The casing does show some use from normal wear and tear.
