Handyman / Subcontractor
We are seeking subcontractors for ongoing maintenance and repairs on vacant bank owned homes/properties.
Services include (not limited to):
o Grass Cuts/Snow Removal
o Lock Changes
o Winterizations
o Debris Removal/Trash Outs
o Construction Repairs
o Light Cleaning/Maid Service
Must have own tools and supplies and carry general liability insurance.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
