Provide excellent customer service to the patrons and tenants of the mall.
Patrol the interior and exterior of the mall to ensure it is safe and secure when the mall is opened and closed.
Assist in closing the mall and making sure all patrons have left the mall in a safe and timely manner.
Ensure that all patrons and tenants are following the malls code of conduct.
Must be comfortable in approaching people and enforce the malls banning guidelines when the code of conduct is not being followed.
Must be comfortable in calling the Police, Fire Department, or Paramedics during emergency situations.
Must be able to walk for extended periods of time.
