We're a busy, privately-owned clinic, in the heart of Bellingham, WA.
, offering primary care, chiropractic and massage services.
We are looking to hire someone that is nimble and has a can do attitude to join our amazing team.
The focus of this position is mainly answering incoming calls, listening to voicemail, returning calls and scheduling appointments, with some front desk coverage during lunch breaks and vacation/sick time.
Hours are 8:
00 am to 2:
00 pm, Monday - Friday The responsibilities of this position include:
Inbound and outbound phone calls and voicemail response Patient scheduling Appointment preparation New patient intakes Front desk back up support as needed General office duties as needed and as time allows Desired qualities of include:
Excellent communication and social skills Ability to multi-task Organization Technical skills (phones, Microsoft Office, EMR, scanner, copier, tablets, etc.
) Problem solving Empathy Self-starter Reliability and Stability Being comfortable in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail is expected.
