As a Production Associate, you'll play a critical role in our manufacturing process, ensuring our products are made with precision and care.
You'll have the opportunity to work hands-on with our product line, keep our inventory system up-to-date, and ensure the quality of our products meets our high standards.
Key
Responsibilities:
Produce and maintain stock levels of in-house bases.
Manage inventory and track stock to minimize waste and ensure availability.
Contribute to quality control processes, including product testing and record-keeping.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives following Lean manufacturing principles.
Meet production deadlines, adapting to changes in priorities as necessary.
Perform maintenance on production equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
Proficiency in basic computer software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
A knack for following detailed instructions and recipes accurately.
Ability to switch between tasks to use your time efficiently.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and teamwork.
Commitment to safety procedures.
