You will provide a broad spectrum of legal support under the supervision of an attorney.
2-5 years experience and familiarity with litigation preferred.
Responsibilities Provide administrative support to attorney Handle communication with clients, witnesses, etc.
Prepare and format case briefs and summarize depositions, interrogatories and testimony Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary research Locate and develop case relevant information Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence Answer and direct phone calls Maintain contact lists Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars Skills Proven working experience as legal assistant or paralegal Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a law office Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred) Proficiency in English Working knowledge of case management software Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure Possess excellent organizational skills with very strong attention to detail Be personable and able to communicate with co-workers and clients in a courteous and professional manner Benefits Medical 401K Job Type:
