POSITION SUMMARY The Assistant Property Manager will provide ongoing assistance in day to day operations of managing rental properties by overseeing and coordinating the work order processes through as needed and routine property maintenance needs and compliances.
This position will work directly with and assigned Property Manager in leased property related processes, and communications.
This role is important in assisting in the development of and maintaining positive tenant, vendor, and contractor relationships.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Maintenance Research appropriate vendors and submit work orders.
Immediately follow up via phone or electronic communications with vendors on work orders sent.
2.
Administrative Keeping data systems up to date with notes/documents regarding work orders or other project management needs.
3.
Communication Respond, follow up, or assign tenant complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Communicate with tenants regarding ETA and of vendor arrival.
4.
Reporting Provide requested reports to team members as needed to assist in monitoring/maintaining the portfolio.
5.
Scheduling Schedule and coordinate vendor services.
6.
Other Maintain a professional dementor while frequently interacting with employees, visitors, contractors, and property owners.
Perform other duties as requested.
Routine Tasks Weekly:
Key review, monitoring, returning, pulling.
Scanning documents into digital filing system.
Daily:
Monitor daily Work Order reports and prioritize with the guidance of the PM.
Submit Work orders.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED At least one (1) year of property management experience.
At least one (1) year of real estate/facilities management experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and internet EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATION/FORMAL TRAINING College degree preferred but will accept less education with qualifying experience.
