This position is integral to helping people with disabilities find employment, learn the tasks of their job, maintain their employment, and support the employee and the employer to develop a mutually respectful relationship.
Primary Duties:
-Provide 1:
1 job coaching services to people with disabilities throughout Whatcom County -Develop and secure employment in the community for people with disabilities -Set, implement, and track progress on client goals -Collaborate effectively with multiple parties in client support network -Documentation and file maintenance Schedule:
We are hiring for a full-time position! Monday-Friday availability required, 40 hours per week.
Schedule may vary depending on client need though most work happens during regular business hours.
We are currently working hybrid remote, in the office, and in the community.
Compensation:
Salary is competitive and depends on qualifications and experience.
Entry-level pay is $23.
00/hr.
with annual pay increases based on individual and organizational performance.

Qualifications:
Ability and desire to work with people of all abilities High school diploma Current COVID-19 vaccination (no boosters required) Proficiency in MS office applications Ability to work both remotely and in the community Valid Washington State Driver's License and proof of vehicle liability insurance in the minimum following amounts:
$100,000 per person; $300,000 per accident; $100,000 property Good driving record Ability to complete background investigation, and current First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of the onset of employment.
Due to driving requirements must be at least 21 years old.
Desirable
Qualifications:
