The CPM will demonstrate knowledge of real estate law, finance, and accounting and a strong ability to read and interpret leases.
This role is important in assisting in the development of and maintaining positive tenant, vendor, and contractor relationships.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Promptly respond/follow up on tenant complaints and concerns ensuring quick resolutions to any arising issues.
Ensure periodic regular property inspections.
Manages maintains and supervises positive ongoing relationships with vendor services as needed.
Set up, schedule, and perform tenant move-in/move-out inspections.
Ability to problem solve and make recommended improvements after collecting multiple vendor bids for property owners.
Strong oversight and involvement in NNN reconciliations.
Prepare and deliver timely and accurate reports to the management team and property owners.
Maintain a professional dementor while frequently interacting with employees, visitors, contractors, and property owners.
Perform other duties as requested.

Experience:
Commercial Real Estate:
2 years Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and the internet Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation with up-to-date insurance.
Must be willing to submit to a comprehensive background screening.
EDUCATION:
College degree preferred but will accept less education with qualifying experience.
CCPM or relatable professional designation preferred but not required.
