Job Description:
The Manager In Training program provides hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management.
This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months.
This role supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be 20 years of age or older.
A valid driver's license is required.
Strong computer skills and multitasking skills are needed.
Excellent written and spoken communication.
