Our growing business is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist.
Compensation for this position starts at $27/hour.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity for growth, and the ability to increase your compensation.
Range - $27 - $35/hr
Responsibilities:
Performs full-cycle recruiting through screening, recruiting, and interviewing candidates.
Onboarding and welcoming new employees.
Processes new hire paperwork, verifies I-9 documents using E-Verify, and entering employee data into ADP.
Manages uniform inventory Reviews, implements, and manages company's safety program Manages all Worker's Compensation cases Demonstrates and implements company culture, values, and policies.
Manages employee benefits programs Conducts benefits enrollments and terminations Accurately creates and maintains employee files.
Manages and reviews employee handbook.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred Knowledge of labor and employment laws Ability to build rapport with all employees Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits Include the following:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
