We are looking for an established Cannabis sales professional with an existing book of business and deep connections in the industry.
We have competitive product offerings at competitive prices and offer a competitive commission structure.
This is not a role in which we will train someone without Cannabis sales experience.
This is a straight commission compensation structure and it will always be that way.
Must have reliable internet, smart phone, laptop, and fuel-efficient transportation.
Duties:
Highly productive sales contacts including calls and visits Develop mainly new leads and orders Negotiate product exposure such as shelf space and advertising Promote and nurse existing relationships Provide an excellent client experience Promote our brand Some travel to and from our farm in Port Townsend Coordinate with farm on inventory availability Supply farm with oral and written reports of sales Participate in trade shows Sales deliveries including some causing extended work hours Some social media interactions Work with our CRM system and traceability software system Persistent and polite sales contacts Proper use of time tracking software Legal compliance in a highly regulated industry Sobriety on the job Ideal candidate will have:
I-502 Cannabis industry experience, especially coming with sales experience and a book of relationships CRM systems experience traceability systems experience such as Grow Flow Knowledge of Cannabinoids and Terpene profiles of Cannabis flower Effective oral and written communication skills High degree of technical ability Highly outgoing, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial mindset Required
Experience:
Required successful Cannabis sales experiences Required 21 years of age or older Required pass background check We have been careful to build a hard-working and enjoyable team and are looking to find members with integrity, character, and that are a good fit.
