Responsibilities:
Cleaning Excellence:
Oversee and manage all types of cleaning operations to ensure high-quality service delivery that aligns with Cleaning with Care standards.
Staff Training:
Conduct comprehensive training sessions for cleaning staff, ensuring that each team member is equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Field Leadership:
Lead by example in the field, providing guidance, motivation, and support to cleaning teams.
Ensure a positive and collaborative working environment.
Employee First Contact:
Act as the initial point of contact for employees, addressing questions, concerns and providing assistance as needed.
Weekly Meetings:
Attend weekly management meetings to provide updates on field operations, discuss challenges, and contribute to strategic planning.
On-Call Availability:
Be available for on-call support to address staff inquiries and handle unforeseen situations that may arise outside of regular business hours.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a management or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent cleaning and time-management abilities.
Availability for on-call responsibilities.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm - You will not work full hours but must be available Starting Salary:
$42,000 per year
