This role is located in Bellingham, WA and is an in-person position.
Our team is looking for a detail-oriented, computer-savvy addition to help with Operations data entry and support for a variety of Brick and Mortar and E-commerce customers.
As part of our team, you will provide support as we continue to expand our products reach to more retail locations in stores and online.
You must be proficient with excel and be learn new systems quickly.
Detailed notes and documentation of processes is required.
Our customer's satisfaction with a consistent and accurate distribution of product and data is our top priority.
This is an in-house, full-time M-F position located in beautiful Bellingham, Washington.

Responsibilities:
Validate customer's orders for consistency and identify anything unusual or incorrect.
Communicate professionally to customers or other departments if there are issues with orders Ability to navigate customers portals and maintain data confidentiality Respond to emailed orders with confirmations in a timely and accurate manner Daily order status checks to identify process flow issues Maintain data related to customers ordering allowances and special requirements related to specific items or shipment methods Created of process flow documentation related to the onboarding of additional customers Willingness to accept responsibility for data accuracy Other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Applicants must submit a cover letter to be considered Impeccable communication skills (written and spoken).
Ability to speak and engage as/for FurHaven through email and portal channels.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Proficiency, speed, and accuracy in Microsoft Excel is required Problem solving skills including the ability to identify how to validate ones own work Capacity to learn and retain information about multiple customers Ability to mange multiple priorities at one time Willingness to initiate communication to clarify information Self-driven and comfortable working both collaboratively and independently Customer service experience Order entry experience Prior experience with business to business sales Be able to complete projects and effectively communicate status of projects Ability to be100% accurate and a strong attention to detail Organized; task-oriented If you have excellent proficiency in Excel and attention to detail, we want to hear from you!
