and live within a one-hour commute of our commercial farm in Deming.
Must also pass a background check for employment.
Requirements:
BS in Chemistry/Biology or related fields Knowledge of basic laboratory procedures and techniques.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment.
A strong attention to detail and good organizational/multitasking skills Ability to perform calculations for formulation/sample preparation.
Ability to lift heavy equipment over 45 lbs.

Preferred:
Experience operating laboratory instruments (distillation/filtration) and performing basic instrument maintenance.
Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Conducts laboratory work with precision and cleanliness.
Experience working with organic solvents.
