Range - $27 - $35/hr
Responsibilities:
Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees On-board and train new employees Manages all Worker's Compensation cases Implement company culture, values and policies Provide management with requested reports and documents Manage employee benefits programs Manage and develop safety policies and procedures Manage and review employee handbook Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields Knowledge of labor and employment laws Ability to build rapport with all employees Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
