This position is a part time that may lead to full time based on performance and experience.
Needs to be available weekdays as well as weekends.
Duties - Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of facilities and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
