Job
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of marketing personnel, including artists, photographers and videographers, and ensure projects are completed on time.
Create and review processes and procedures and identify areas for improvement.
Manage, develop and coach employees.
Motivate employees in a positive way to create a team-effort work environment.
Oversee the design and production operations of all visual elements, including publications and social content that are deployed across digital and print.
Collaborate with artists and other departments daily.
Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work.
Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and Internet websites.
Track projects status and report on a weekly basis.
Manage feedback process between internal customers and the Marketing team.
Proactively help problem solve on art and technical issues.
Hire, train, and onboard new marketing staff.
Support team with marketing tasks as workload necessitates.
Troubleshoot any potential issues related to marketing.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in art, design, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in an art production or related field At least 3 years of management/leadership experience Extensive knowledge and usage of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite including:
Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Extensive experience working with Mac computers and associated software.
Organized Detail oriented Ability to meet deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment About Our Company:
